The Dungeon
The White House basement – affectionately known as “The Dungeon” by the Duncan married children, who have all at one time or another, lived in this charming basement apartment while attending Southern Utah University. Now, this cute apartment can be your special home away from home as you enjoy the educational benefits of Southern Utah University.
The Dungeon has two large bedrooms, each with two twin beds, a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry/storage room for four female students. For your enjoyment outside, is a large yard with lots of green space to enjoy outdoor games and activities.
Amenities include: the home stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter which keeps the utility bill very low. Cable TV with full channel line-up and high speed internet provided, free local and long distance telephone service, washer and dryer provided, lots of storage, free parking, short walk to Southern Utah University and downtown Cedar City.
