Cooper Home

This darling home was once the home of Lawrence and Inez Cooper. Lawrence was a geology professor at SUU and Inez worked in the school library. It is located next door to Annie’s Cottage and the White House and is just a just a short one block walk down the street to Southern Utah University.

Outside is a large yard with lots of space to enjoy outdoor games, activities, a large vegetable garden (in season), and plenty of off street parking.

The Upstairs apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room for you and 3 other female students.

The basement apartment has three bedrooms, a large living room/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and laundry/storage room for you and two other female students.
